Happy Birthday, Maggie!
A friend of mine celebrated her birthday this week, and requested a particularly delicious cheesecake as her birthday present. I came up with a white chocolate cheesecake with an oreo cookie crust, topped with a red raspberry sauce, homemade whipped cream, and chocolate.
